How does Klino build the day plan?
Pick who's working today and click. Klino splits cleanings evenly between those people, groups apartments that are close together and orders them by real walking routes. If an apartment is too far to walk, it's marked for a car drop-off. You can adjust the plan by hand afterwards.
Is it worth it if I clean on my own?
Yes. For one person, Klino simply orders all of the day's cleanings for the shortest walks. On top of that you get bookings from your calendars, photo reports and pay in one place.
How much does it cost?
You pay per cleaning: €0.25 on Start (with the day plan, reports, team payroll and driver routes) or €0.50 on Pro (plus issues, pro forma invoices, margin overview and a longer photo history). Minimum €10 per month excl. VAT, unlimited apartments and people. Only cleanings with a submitted report count. The first 30 days are free.
Does my team need to install an app?
No. Klino works in the phone's browser — a link is all it takes. Anyone who wants can add Klino to their home screen and get an icon like a regular app, notifications included. No App Store or Google Play.
Does Klino connect to Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes, through iCal calendars. Paste the link from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or your channel manager (Smoobu, Hostaway, Beds24), and Klino checks bookings every 30 minutes and suggests cleanings after check-outs. You just confirm them.
How long does it take to get started?
You upload apartments from a CSV file, connect calendars with a link and invite your team. It usually takes well under an hour.
Can a supervisor see rates and pay?
No. A supervisor builds the plan and checks photo reports, but can't see rates, pay or client billing.
How is pay calculated?
Each apartment has a category, each cleaning type its own multiplier, and the cleaner ticks extras (e.g. windows, balcony) in the report. Klino works out the amount and locks it when you accept the report, so later rate changes don't touch pay already earned. At the end of the month you close the period and export a CSV for your accountant.
What about my data?
Data is stored in the cloud and processed in line with the GDPR, only to make Klino work. Each company sees only its own data, and each employee only what their role allows. For details, see our privacy policy.
